Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On January 25, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten (10) years of imprisonment for a special injury by the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 2, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 23:40 on July 21, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a sports cargo vehicle from the front of a restaurant in the Gwangju Mine-gu Gwangju Mine to the front of the fishing class, without obtaining a driver’s license, from approximately 11km section from the front of a restaurant in the Gwangju Mine-gu, to the front of the fishing class, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.

2. The Defendant, as set forth in paragraph 1, was negligent in not operating a sports cargo vehicle in Coin, Ltd. while driving a sports cargo vehicle, and the central separation zone installed on the road in front of the fishing bridge was driven by the Defendant.

On July 21, 2018, at the above location around 23:59, the Defendant is driving E by phone to E in order to conceal the fact of driving a vehicle without a driver's license by the Defendant, who was aware of the fact that the Defendant was driving a vehicle.

As the accident occurred, E was asked to be investigated into the scene of the accident and asked E to make a false confession.

Thus, E is driving to G, from July 22, 2018, at around 00:20, when he/she arrives in the place of accident on board a taxi and is conducting an accident investigation at the same time, he/she is driving to G, who belongs to the F Zone of the Gwangju Western Police Station.

On July 22, 2018, the accident was made by false statements, and around 01:14, at the office of the traffic accident investigation department in Gwangju Seo-gu, Gwangju Seo-gu, prepared a false statement to the same effect and responded to the police officer's demand for alcohol measurement.

As a result, the defendant instigated E to escape a person who commits a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
