Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 11, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DPC driving) driving a vehicle with B A6 driver’s license in the state that it is difficult to drive the vehicle normally due to the influence of drinking, which reaches 0.162% of alcohol during blood transfusion, and driving the DPC driving way in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government along the two-lane radius from the bank trees shooting distance to the telephone station shooting distance.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by taking into account the front side and the left side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, went ahead of it to the same room as the occupational negligence in progress while neglecting it, was driven by the victim E (33 ) who was standing in the signal atmosphere, and was driven by the victim E (33 ).
