The defendant shall deliver each real estate stated in the attached Form to the plaintiff, and shall deliver each real estate listed in the attached Form from December 1, 2020 to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On January 28, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on February 1, 2015 to January 31, 2020 with respect to the instant real estate (hereinafter “instant real estate”) indicated in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff, whereby the lease term is KRW 90,00,000, monthly rent, and KRW 77,80,00 as indicated in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff, and entered into the lease agreement with the Defendant on February 1, 2015 to KRW 10,00,000 as to the instant real estate (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”). The lease agreement between February 1, 2015 to January 31, 202, including the lease agreement, KRW 10,00,00, monthly rent, and KRW 77,00,00 as indicated in the separate sheet owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).

Article 13 (Termination, etc. of Lease Contract) (2) In any of the following cases, the plaintiff may terminate the lease contract:
