1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 82,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 3, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

Description of Claim

From October 7, 2016 to November 28, 2016, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 82,000,000 to the Defendant (i.e., KRW 21,000,000 on October 7, 2016) (i.e., KRW 18,000,000 on November 18, 2016, KRW 200 on November 28, 2016, KRW 10,000 on November 24, 2016, KRW 10,000 on November 24, 2016, KRW 5,000 on November 28, 2016 and KRW 25% on December 31, 2016).

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 82,00,000 won with 15% interest per annum from March 3, 2017 to the day of complete payment, as requested by the plaintiff, the following day after the delivery of the written application for modification of the claim and the cause of the claim in this case.
