Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the defendants, two years have passed from the date of confirmation of each judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are Chinese nationals, and Defendant A is the crew of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F of F.

1. On March 19, 2017, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residential intrusion) (joint residential intrusion) removed the theft prevention device of the goods displayed by using the hacker in the said hack in front of the building that is managed by the victim H, etc. in the G during the hacking period, and entered the said hack through the open entrance in mind of theft.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly intruded on the structures managed by the damaged person.

2. 특수 절도 피고인들은 제 1 항과 같은 일 시경 위 롯데 마트 여수 점 1 층에서 미리 계획한 대로 피고인 A은 진열되어 있는 피해자 롯데 쇼핑( 주) 롯데 마트 여수 점 소유인 3,000원 상당의 손 톱깎 이를 몰래 집어 들어 포장을 뜯은 후 피고인 B와 함께 위 마트 3 층으로 올라가, 피고인 A은 피해자 소유인 시가 79,000원 상당의 미스 미스터 구두 1켤레 및 20,000원 상당의 여성용 루 파 프 지갑 1개를, 피고인 B는 피해자 소유인 29,000원 상당의 바 오 운동화 1켤레 및 59,000원 상당의 남성용 CROSS 지갑 1개를 몰래 집어 들어 위 손톱 깎이를 이용하여 위 신발들의 도난방지 장치를 떼어 낸 후 각자 훔친 신발을 신고 지갑을 주머니에 넣고, 이어서 피고인 A은 피해자 소유인 또 다른 시가 79,000원 상당의 미스 미스터 구두 1켤레를 몰래 집어 들어 가지고 갔다.

Accordingly, the Defendants, together, stolen the victim's property amounting to the total market value of KRW 269,00.
