Basic Facts

A. The relationship between the parties and the Defendant C is between themselves as the children of the network D, and the Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a company established by Defendant C to conduct real estate leasing business.

B. The registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of Defendant Company on June 24, 2004 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 in the separate sheet No. 38093 on June 24, 2004 with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 in the joint ownership (each 1/2 shares) with the Plaintiff and E, as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 in the separate sheet No. 38093 on June 24, 2004, with respect to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 and 3 in the separate sheet No. 1/5 on which the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of Defendant C as listed below.
