Punishment of the crime

The Defendant resided in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu Officetel 403, and the victim D in the above officetel 404.

On November 10, 2016, the Defendant sent the content certification to the owner of the elevator “404 behavior,” written in detail, in the elevator used by the residents of the above officetel.
