Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2018, the Defendant, at around 14:30, 2018, intruded on the Ba, such as opening a entrance door up to 5-way from the first floor to the 5-way of the stairs, in order to meet the divorced wife C (n, 55 years of age) who was living in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the Defendant sought the above Ba while under the influence of alcohol.
