1. The Plaintiff, Defendant A, Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant B, KRW 14,000,000, Defendant C, Defendant C, KRW 10,000,00, and Defendant D, KRW 7,000,00.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned are corporations established for the purpose of promoting friendship through mutual aid among the members of the Veterans Association, promoting the welfare of the members, and promoting rights and interests of the members and engaging in profit-making business and incidental business to carry out the business. Defendant G, and B are the former head of the Business Development Headquarters established around June 2002 for the purpose of facilitating the Plaintiff’s profit-making business. Defendant H, I, and D are the former head of the Plaintiff’s former deputy head office, the remaining Defendants are the former and present employees of the Business Development Headquarters.

B. Under the direction of the Plaintiff’s profit-making business development headquarters, the Plaintiff has run various profit-making businesses, among which the profit-making businesses related to the instant case are as follows.

(2) The apartment complex development project (hereinafter referred to as the “Geopo-si project”) in the 3rd area of Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si (hereinafter referred to as the “Geopo-si”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Geopo-si”),

C. The Defendants, who were paid the Plaintiff’s bonus, etc., were employed as employees of the Business Development Headquarters, and were paid from 2006 to 2008 the amount under the pretext of bonus, etc. as follows with respect to each of the instant profit-making businesses.

(1) Defendant G received KRW 315,967,00,000 from the Plaintiff as piece rates for Kimpo-si projects, KRW 24,400,000 as piece rates for Busan projects, KRW 10,000 as the source rates for newspaper projects, KRW 45,967,00 as an allowance for contribution in 2006, and KRW 315,967,00 as an allowance for contribution in 206.

(2) Defendant H contributed to the Plaintiff’s projects with KRW 48 million as piece rates for Kimpo’s projects, KRW 12 million as piece rates for Busan’s projects, and KRW 12 million as a newspaper.
