Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives two vehicles as his duties.

On February 1, 2014, at around 18:40, the Defendant promoted the roads prior to the entrance of the Suwon Sycho-gu Seoul Sycho-gu 2, 73-10, 73-10 sperm market into two lanes of the three-lane road in the front park distance.
