Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 690": Defendant A is a co-offender relationship between C and a middle school.
1. On January 24, 2016, the Defendant’s friendship C, who committed the crime, puts comments on the Defendant’s friendship C, to sell a 6S mobile phone to “one stop.” The Defendant decided to do so as to be the owner of the said portable phone, and then, the Defendant C, when intending to trade cash in order to purchase the said portable phone, had the Defendant borrowed cash.
On January 24, 2016, around 20:0, the Defendant reported the writing posted by the said C at the 285 New Bank ATPP prior to the 285-Sami-si, Seocheon-si, 2016, and decided to trade the said portable phone, and then, the Defendant received 360,000 won in cash from the injured party with the purchase price for the said portable phone.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
2. The Defendant committed the crime of February 15, 2016, along with C, carried 5 gallons in the AR hospital at around 04:30 on February 15, 2016, which was located in Seocheon-si Agu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, AR hospital at around 04:30 on February 15, 2016, carried 5 gallons and carried gallons equivalent to KRW 1,00,000 in the market price of the victim AS owned.
