1. The lawsuit of this case shall be dismissed.

On February 1, 2016, the court issued an order of correction to order the Plaintiff to pay stamp fees and service fees with respect to the instant petition for reexamination. Accordingly, the Plaintiff filed an application for legal aid concerning the duty to attach stamp fees with the Cheongju District Court 2016Ka-gu 31, but the same year from the said court.

4. 1. The fact that the stamp and the service charge have not been paid up to now is apparent in the record even after the decision of dismissal was rendered.

Therefore, the lawsuit of retrial of this case is unlawful since the plaintiff did not correct the defects of the petition of retrial of this case, and thus, it is so decided as per Disposition.
