A Imprisonment of ten years, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment of six months.

However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 2015, Defendant A’s sole crime (homicide) committed by Defendant A became aware of the fact that Defendant A was pregnant a baby of the Defendant, while having known that Defendant A had attended and had known the same church as that of the victim E (the age of 18), such as high school.

On February 23, 2016, the Defendant argued with the victim that the Defendant had a telephone call before G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G G Gedle field, which was located in the Republic of Korea, around 16:00 on February 23, 2016, the Defendant would be aware of pregnancy with the parent of the victim.

By inducing the defective parents of the defendant to inform the victim of his pregnancy in sequential order, he kills the victim by breaking the victim's booming over the floor, breaking the victim's booming the victim's neck by hand, making the face of the victim booming the victim's head by drinking, booming the defendant's body of head booming the victim's head by gathering the stones of the food size of the defendant's drinking at the same place, and blading the victim's blading with both hand.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly deserted the body of the victim.
