B is an employee of G Co., Ltd. who was the sales agent of F Co., Ltd., the executor of the E Complex Building in Busan City (hereinafter referred to as “E commercial building”), and Defendant A is the director of the I Licensed Real Estate Agent Office in 106 in ASEAN.
