Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On January 26, 2016, at around 20:15, the Defendant damaged the victim B(S)’s car volume for business use on the road, which was under the influence of alcohol at the front parking lot of the 115-dong 115-Maropo-ro, Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and was parked on the road, without any justifiable reason, the Defendant damaged the parts of the driver’s seat door and the knife at the front of the 415-dong.

B. The Defendant: (a) the victim Party B, who was at the port of the victim’s business car in question, was tightly pushed the victim’s part of the passenger’s neck; and (b) the left face part of the victim’s neck was assaulted several times in hand.

2. Crimes against victims D;

A. The Defendant damaged property, at the time, at the time, and at the place specified in Paragraph 1 of the above Article, destroyed the damaged vehicle’s e-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M-M
