A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2013, at around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) driven a car in front of Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, 971-1, on the ground that the victim B (the 19-year-old age) kids himself and kids himself; (b) laid the hand between the window of driver's seat of the victim's driver's car; (c) laid the knick on the left shoulder of the victim's left shoulder; (d) 2 times the arms of the victim knife twice as drinking; and (e) ske the victim's flap with his hand.
