1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and 5% per annum from May 24, 2015 to April 11, 2019.

In full view of the purport of the argument in Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff lent KRW 50 million to defendant B on April 22, 2015, and at this time the defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above debt. The defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff the above loan amount of KRW 50 million and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum as prescribed by the Civil Act from May 24, 2015 to April 11, 2019, when the complaint of this case was delivered to the defendants from May 24, 2015 to April 11, 2019.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
