1. The Plaintiff:
A. The defendants are jointly and severally liable for 204,530,990 won and 51,927,837 won among them.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On November 24, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants, C, and D (Seoul Central District Court 2005Gahap6735), and sentenced the following judgment. The above judgment was finalized on February 21, 2006.
Notes
1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant A Co., Ltd and C jointly and severally with 206,704,648 won and 63,084,745 won among them shall be 18% per annum from December 13, 2004 to August 16, 2005, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment;
B. Defendant D’s 156,837,635 won among the above 206,704,648 won and 47,815,320 won among the above 206,704,648 won and 18% per annum from December 14, 2004 to August 16, 2005 and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment;
C. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay 25,491,905 won and 20% interest per annum from August 17, 2005 to the date of full payment;
D. Defendant A Co., Ltd. and C jointly and severally; (1) 64,353,611.94, among them, 30,527,00 UN per annum 18% per annum from December 14, 2004 to August 16, 2005; (2) 479,23,038 won per annum from the following day to the date of full payment; and (3) 20% per annum from the date of full payment; and (3) 479,23,038 won per annum from the following day to the date of full payment; and (48,173,796 won per annum from December 14, 2004 to August 16, 2005 to the date of full payment; and (4) 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment; and (3) 129,503,412 won per annum from August 2017 to the date of full payment.
E. Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall pay 6,755,767 won and 20% interest per annum from August 17, 2005 to the day of full payment.
B. After the above judgment was rendered, the Plaintiff received payment of KRW 11,156,908 from the Defendants and appropriated for the payment of foreign currency payment guarantee loan, and the disposition of the above judgment
