On December 4, 2017, at around 22:52, the Defendant driven B Ra in a drunken state with alcohol content of 0.140% from the 2km section from the Namdong-dong, Incheon Metropolitan City to the front day of approximately 151 paths for prisoners of war in the same Dong-gu, Dong-gu.
