A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On March 31, 2011, the defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution on July 1, 201 to two years and six months in the Seoul Central District Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes.

After that, the Defendant received a request from Q to cancel the registration of creation of a new mortgage of this case, and decided to arbitrarily forge the power of delegation in the name of the president of the Saemaul Depository and cancel the registration of creation of a new mortgage.
