Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 1, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul District Court on January 14, 2003 and two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the same court on January 14, 2003; on October 26, 2005, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Southern District Court on December 27, 2007; on May 2, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Seoul Western District Court on May 3, 2013 and the review commenced on August 12, 2016.
1. On August 28, 2019, from around 14:00 to 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant cut off the victim P, located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul from around 14:00 to around 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant opened the front door so far, opened and intruded into the house, and then cut off the victim’s market price, which is the victim’s in the inside and outside of the house, with one gold-half, one material non-rest, and one 10,000 won in cash.
