A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at around 14:00 on March 16, 2017, in the “E Game Chapter” operated by the victim D in Sungnam-si Branch C, Sungnam-si, the Defendant would seek money from the bank later if the Defendant, the proprietor of the said game site, first charge points necessary for the game.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not have any particular income during childcare, and the passbook used by the Defendant was seized and could not withdraw cash, and when receiving a demand from the injured party for payment, there was no intention or ability to pay the amount normally even if receiving the game points from the injured party.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and caused the victim to charge the game points in an amount equivalent to KRW 800,000 in total on three occasions, thereby acquiring the same pecuniary profit.

2. The Defendant who was injured by a special assault was demanded by the said injured person for admission fees to the game room and game expenses at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, and as stated in paragraph 1, the Defendant would withdraw from the bank and offer it to the victim.

“Along with the false statement, the Defendant will leave the FST5 car driven by the Defendant to the ATPP located in the said game room while moving the victim to the ATPP, but the cash has not been withdrawn.”

“In doing so, the victim was on board, and the victim was moved to Korea bank located in 348, Magro-ro, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-ro.

On March 16, 2017, the Defendant sought money again from the victim in front of the above Korean bank around 18:15.

“To board the said SM5 car first, and to continue to be on board the said car, the injured party starts with the operation of the said car at the time between the moment that the injured party intends to take the knife on the steering side and open the door of the vehicle.”
