From April 1, 2016 to March 1, 2018, the Defendant is working for D Co., Ltd., which is located under subparagraph C of the building B, for commercial use in Si interest.

Nevertheless, from April 1, 2018 to May 26, 2018, the Defendant filed a false application for the total of 39 days for the supply and demand of unemployment benefits for 14 days in Bupyeong-si, Incheon, from June 1, 2018 to June 20, 2018, from H 17 days in Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, and from July 6, 2018 to July 18, 2018, the Defendant filed a false application for the total of 39 days from the J, located in Seocheon-si, Incheon, for the supply and demand of unemployment benefits for 39 days from April 25, 2018; and from May 23, 2018; and from June 1, 2018 to June 20, 2018, the Defendant filed a false application for the unemployment benefits for 30 days from July 18, 2018 to the Incheon Employment Agency.
