1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 41,750,000 and KRW 38,00,000 among them, from September 13, 2018 to the day of full payment.

1. On August 31, 2017, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 20 million to the Defendant KRW 30 million on September 12, 2017, KRW 30 million on September 12, 2017, KRW 4 million on November 6, 2017, and KRW 38 million on January 26, 2018.

The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 38 million by the end of February 2018, but paid the loan KRW 30 million by September 12, 2017 to the Plaintiff at the rate of KRW 12.5% per annum from the date of loan to the date of repayment.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 4,175 million won [the amount calculated by 12.5% per annum from September 13, 2017 to September 12, 2018] and damages for delay calculated by 15% per annum from September 13, 2018 to the date of full payment.
