1. The Defendant (Appointed Party) and the designated parties jointly share KRW 63,454,942 on February 26, 2019 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Pursuant to Article 23(1) of the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings (hereinafter “Aggregate Buildings Act”), the Plaintiff is a management body established for the purpose of implementing the project on the management of building and light facilities attached to the site by consisting of all sectional owners of the building of the 3rd underground floors above C 11th underground (hereinafter “A building”) at Namyang-si, Namyang-si.
B. The real estate of this case is "the real estate of this case" under Item D and E of the building A.
The former sectional owner, who had operated Mana, failed to pay management expenses from around 2016, and was the party who was appointed as the defendant, hereinafter referred to as "the defendant").
