A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On April 26, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime around April 20:30, on April 26, 2017, at around 20:30, around April 26, 2017, when the Victim C (15 years of age) located in the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B 301 and the victim was at the front of the house of the Victim C (15 years of age) around December 26, 2017, and the Defendant refused the order even after receiving the delivery order telephone from the “D” restaurant operated by the Defendant around December 2016, on the ground that he refused the order.

On May 1, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime at around 16:30 on May 1, 2017, and assaulted, around 16:30 on May 1, 2017, at the D restaurant operated by the Defendant located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to receive the phone call on food delivered to customers, such as when he/she spawds of the said victim C once with the hand floor.

2. Intimidation;

A. On April 26, 2017, the Defendant committed a crime around 21:00, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1-b, and at the place specified in paragraph 1-b.
