【Criminal Facts】

Defendant, habitually,

1. On May 2, 2014, around 03:30, opening a locked door to the house of the victim D located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and cutting down KRW 120,000 in cash located in the bank owned by the victim D, and 160,000 in cash located in the bank owned by the victim E;

2. At around 02:00 on May 27, 2014, the victim G located under F-2 of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F-2, opening a door to the key located outside the entrance and intrudes into the victim G, and 134,000 won in cash located inside the wall owned by the victim G and 560,000 won in cash located inside the wall owned by the victim H;

3. On June 8, 2014, around 04:00, opening a door that was set up at the house of the victim J in the second floor of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, and taking off 140,000 won in cash, which was located at the bank owned by the victim J, and was affected by rupture, to cut off the said door;

4. On July 29, 2014, between 03:00 and 03:42, the victim L, located on the second floor of K Housing in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, opened an unlocked door, and intruded into the victim’s bank, and then moved the bank owned by the victim, which was in the inner bank, to the toilet, and the victim’s bank was stolen, and thus, was arrested and attempted by the police officer dispatched upon receipt of the victim’s report.
