The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and imprisonment with prison labor for two crimes as stated in the judgment of the court.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On November 23, 2005, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on February 13, 2008, and was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on December 9, 2015, and 2 years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Chuncheon District Court on April 15, 2016, and was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul East Eastern District Court on April 15, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Chuncheon Prison District Court on May 3, 2018.

On February 19, 2020, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court on February 19, 2020 and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 27, 2020.

【Criminal Facts】

1. From around 12:00 on September 29, 2019 to around 07:20 on October 1, 2010 of the same year, the Defendant discovered one unit of the instant bicycle, which is the victim D owner of the victim set up and located at the center, cut the locked of the said bicycle with the said bicycle, cut it, and then cut it with the said bicycle from the above date to February 17:33, 2020, by the following means: (a) from the date of the foregoing, the Defendant stolen the said bicycle’s lock; and (b) from the list of crimes [1] up to seven times in total, the Defendant stolen the victims’ property amounting to KRW 9250,00,000 in total.

At around 01:43 on March 23, 2020, the Defendant discovered one bicycle hiver (s) bicycle hyp (spathm) with the market price of 4.50,000 won, which is the victim G, who was installed in this place, cut the above bicycle locks, cut them, and cut them with the above bicycle, from the above date to March 31, 2020, and then cut them, the Defendant committed an offense list [2] as stated in [3].
