The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:11 on May 14, 2016, for the purpose of meeting his own sexual desire, the Defendant: (a) 48 seconds from the Defendant’s home to walk the phone from the cell phone of the victim D (titled, 21 years old); and (b) 5 minutes at the Defendant’s home, the Defendant followed the Defendant’s scam and scams that she saw that she would want to listen to hys; (c) she scam and scams that she scam.; and (d) she repeated the Defendant’s scam and scams that she had scamscamscam and scamscams that she had scambling at the victim’s home on the phone of the victim D (named, scam, 21 years old); and (c) she repeated the Defendant’s scambling that she had scam.

Accordingly, the Defendant sent words and sounds that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through telephone to the victim with a view to meeting his own sexual desire as above.
