Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 5, 2013, at around 19:25, the Defendant, a security guard, who was under the influence of alcohol in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment complex 2, 216 guard room, used a frode panty, which was suffering from the toilet wall, and assaulted the victim C (the age of 58) by breathing it in his hand, and booming it into several walls.
