1. With respect to the case of Seosan Branch of Daejeon District Court No. 2008 Book 1, the above court is among the judgments under circumstances rendered on January 16, 2013.

A. On September 26, 2008, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries established pursuant to Article 5(4) of the Special Act on the Support for Residents Causing Oil Pollution Accidents in Switzerland and the Restoration of Marine Environment. Around September 26, 2008, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries held a proposal for the selection of persons subject to investigation and decided on the selection of persons subject to investigation by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. The method of selecting those subject to investigation is as listed below.

If there is no supporting evidence * (i) a person who has submitted supporting evidence of the fact of his/her livelihood, among those who have acquired a type of report completion certificate before the time of acquisition of the accident subject to the investigation; (ii) a person who has received a certificate of report completion after an accident, or a fishing village fraternity member; (iii) a person who has actually resided in the area of the fishing village fraternity damaged by oil **** the person who has been engaged in the first hand fishing before the accident * on September 30, 2008; (iv) the Minister for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries notified the competent local policy committee of the selection of the above person subject to the investigation; (v) the person who has received the certificate of report completion on October 21, 2008; (v) the guidelines for the investigation and notification of the detailed selection of the person who has acquired the certificate of report completion to the local policy committee before and after the accident; and (v) the person in charge of the investigation and notification of the accident completion to the Governor on July 1, 2008, 2008.
