The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

Around 15:00 on January 24, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as in front of the restaurant operated by the Defendant located in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, on the ground that the victim C (31 years of age) parked in front of the Defendant’s restaurant, and in front of the restaurant, he saw the victim into the end of the trial, was pushed down by bating the bat of the victim’s bat, and threatening the victim’s face by drinking.

Judgment

On May 14, 2015, after the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish the defendant.
