A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant did not have a driver’s license, around January 18, 2018, the Defendant driven a new car with B, from the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City’s history to the 1st class of the Gwanak-gu new car to the 271st class of the new car.
