1. From May 11, 2017 to February 6, 2018, the Defendant’s KRW 3 million to the Plaintiff and the following.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The defendant is a person who has a legal spouse who has reported marriage with C.
B. Around July 2016, the Plaintiff did not recognize that the Defendant was her father-Nam through the “D”, Maman-nam Flux, and went to the Defendant without recognizing that the Defendant was her father-Nam. From the end of July 2016, the Plaintiff started teaching with the Defendant and came to have sexual intercourse.
C. On August 21, 2016, the Plaintiff, who was the Defendant’s wife, acknowledged that the Defendant was pro-Nam and that the Defendant was pro-Nam, but continued to maintain the relationship with the Defendant until January 2017.

2. Determination
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion that: (a) the Defendant committed an illegal act, such as hiding the fact that the Plaintiff was in father-Nam and having a sexual intercourse with the Plaintiff; and (b) the Defendant asserted that he/she committed a tort, such as threatening the Plaintiff to spread the Plaintiff’s bridge (specific date and time are November 6, 2016, December 14, 2016, and January 8, 2017).
B. First, we examine the Plaintiff’s assertion 1.
The right to sexual self-determination refers to the right to choose the other party and to have a sexual relationship under his/her responsibility based on his/her own sexual values and based on his/her own decision made based on his/her own decision. In principle, whether or not he/she has a sexual relationship from the standpoint of women shall be determined by himself/herself and the responsibility incidental thereto shall also be borne
However, the above right to sexual self-determination refers to the right to choose the other party on the basis of one’s free will and to have a sexual relationship, and furthermore, in light of the perception of marriage and sexual act in our society, evaluation thereof, etc., the other party married.
