Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 17, 2017, the Defendant driven BMW car at approximately 7 km from the front of the Dong playground located at approximately 67-207, Sinung-dong, Sinung-si, to the front road of Sinung Gung Park Park, which is located at approximately 51-1 times in Sinung-si, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.245% in blood, and from the front road of Sinung-si, the Defendant driven BMW car at approximately 7 km.
