Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the driver of the 6-Ban bomb car which is one of the 6-Ban trucks.

No person who intends to carry on passenger transport service shall carry on commercial transport for any purpose other than passenger cars and buses provided for in the Passenger Transport Service Act.

A. On December 2, 2013, at around 16:01, the Defendant received KRW 3,000 as transportation charges from a reporter, who was a passenger who was not in possession of freight using the above truck, from the street in front of the Dominium University located in the Dominium, to the street in front of the Dominium of the Dominium and the Dominium office located in the Dominium.

B. On December 5, 2013, at around 12:39, the Defendant received KRW 3,000 as transportation charges from the Defendant, who was a passenger who did not possess freight using the above truck, at approximately 1 km from the street in front of the Pream University located in the Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, to the street in front of the Masan-si Masan-si Office of Masan-si, Masan-si.
