Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

B The operator of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and D in the first floor, and the defendant are those who have entered into an online lottery sales contract with the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd.

No one shall sell lottery tickets online for profit without concluding a contract for the sale of lottery tickets with a lottery business operator.

As a result, Defendant and B did not enter into a contract on the sale of lottery tickets with lottery business operators, but sold online lottery tickets for profit.
