Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 22, 2015, at around 01:38, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.160%, was negligent in driving a e-mail car on the part of the 5th line, while driving a stadium while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.160%, and driving the stadium with the stadium 5th line in the front line, while driving the car along the stadium e-mail in violation of the stop signal on the part of the e-mail loan and driving the car in the front line, the Defendant sustained the victim’s C driver’s left part of the e-car 2nd truck of the e-mail in the front line of the said vehicle and caused the victim to suffer injury, such as brain, requiring treatment for about two weeks.
