A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2015, at around 01:50, the Defendant driven a BAW car with approximately 150 meters alcohol concentration at approximately 0.113% while under the influence of alcohol on the part of approximately 150 meters from the road in front of the Domindong-si Si, Gumindong-si to the Domindomination distance.
