Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a large amount of the victim G (man, age 59). Defendant B is a parent of the victim, Defendant C is a child of the victim, Defendant D is a big fault of the victim, Defendant D is a large part of the victim, and Defendant E is a large part of the victim.
Defendant
B: (a) On May 2015, 2015, police officers and other relatives of the Republic of Korea requested the victim to have known that they are going to the “Sacheon church”; and (b) the Defendants, on the premise that “the victim is absent from a non- religion,” the Defendants were willing to detain the victim in the Seo-gu 1419, Seo-gu, Gwangju and receive compulsory education.”
1. On August 8, 2015, Defendant A, on the part of the Defendants, went to the studio of the victim of the instant apartment before Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, by saying, “I am studio in Gwangju due to the relocation of the workplace, but I am studio in the same studio,” and making a false statement on the part of the victim driven by Defendant E to the said studio.
