A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2013, at around 00:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle of hurged B without a motor vehicle driver’s license while under the influence of 0.159% of blood alcohol content on the front of a opt- range of opter in the Goi-Eup, Goi-si, Goi-si.
