A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At the time of crime, the Defendant had weak ability or intent to discern things due to other habits and shock disorder.
1. From February 11, 2014 to December 12, 12, 202:35 of the same month, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked at the Audio parking lot in Ansan-si, and opened a door that was not set up by E Cost Corpex, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 15,000,000, is the victim D, and (b) driven and driven by using the key of the said passenger car, which was kept in custody following the transmission.

2. 3.
