A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2010, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million at the Daegu District Court as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On March 11, 2014, in the same court on March 11, 2014, as a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), and on April 18, 2014, by the same court on April 18, 2014, each of the fines of KRW 6 million was issued.

1. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 23:18, the Defendant driven a rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.110% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 2km from the front of a restaurant in the Daegu hydro-gu Water-Dong, to the front of the chilling Station as a chill in the same Gu.

2. The Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document was required to present C’s driver’s license on the day-to-day day, which was called the Daegu Suwon-gu Police Agency’s Police Agency’s day-to-day police officers assigned to the said vehicle due to the crackdown on drinking while driving the said vehicle.

Accordingly, on May 2015, the Defendant rejected the official document by presenting Class 2 ordinary driver's license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeong-do Police Agency, which was a official document that was lent to B, two wheels, who were born in early 2015, as if he were the Defendant's driver's license.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph, signed “D” on the driver’s confirmation column stating “I, as the person who is subject to a license (suspension suspension), confirm that the above entries were identical to the facts, and upon recognizing and unfair as the result of measurement, I shall be asked to affix his signature and seal on the driver’s confirmation column stating “I shall be notified that I would not want to collect blood if I want to do so,” at the same time and place as indicated in the preceding paragraph, and after signing “D” on their name.
