1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 11, 2019 to the date of complete payment.

1. On March 8, 2017, the Plaintiff, with the indication of the claim, leased Type C D from the Defendant as “The lease deposit amount of KRW 45,00,000,000, and up to March 24, 2019,” and around that time, paid the above lease deposit to the Defendant.

The above lease agreement terminated on March 24, 2019, and the plaintiff delivered the above house to the defendant on August 10, 2019.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above lease deposit amounting to 45,000,000 won and damages for delay.
