1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 17, 2003, the Plaintiff’s husband D entered into an exchange contract with the Plaintiff (1) with the Plaintiff on June 17, 2003, between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff (hereinafter “F land”) and the Plaintiff’s husband D entered into an exchange contract with respect to the Plaintiff’s H site, I forest land, and J forest land (hereinafter “G land”).

(2) Accordingly, C completed the registration of ownership transfer of the instant land on July 22, 2003 to the Plaintiff.

(3) However, on October 28, 2003, the Plaintiff and C concluded, instead of the above exchange contract, an exchange contract with the land of this case and the land of this case, with the content of exchanging 6,462 square meters of K forest in Gwangju City (hereinafter “instant exchange contract”).

B. On August 30, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract between the Plaintiff and the Republic of Korea (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the finance commissioner of the Han River Basin Environmental Office under the Republic of Korea, setting the sales price of KRW 520,708,00 for the instant land and F-ground buildings (i.e., the instant land price of KRW 506,331,000 for the land), and completed the registration of ownership transfer to the Republic of Korea on August 31, 2006, pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on the Improvement of Water Quality and Support for Residents of the Han River Basin.

Around May 26, 2006, the Han River basin environmental management company requested the Defendant and the central appraisal corporation to conduct an appraisal for calculating the purchase price of the instant land through the following process: (a) on January 15, 2006, the price of the instant land was determined as KRW 169,213,000 L 169, 213, 169,000 G M 61,000 on January 0, 2616, 106, 1.08,275, 98,000 (2) of the standard land comparison standard land for comparison of land prices (won/land size). However, on June 15, 2006, the Han River basin basin basin environmental management company requested the Defendant and the central appraisal corporation to conduct an appraisal for calculating the purchase price of the instant land, etc. as KRW 502,500,000,000; and (b) on June 15, 2006:
