Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the inside director of the B Co., Ltd. located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building D. 906.

A person who intends to manufacture, sell, or import broadcasting and communications equipment, and machinery which obstructs electromagnetic waves or are affected by electromagnetic waves shall undergo conformity assessment, etc. of the relevant equipment.

Nevertheless, from August 2015 to April 8, 2016, the Defendant sold KRW 410,000,000, in total, three of the electric wheel chairss, 611, us 1, us wheel chairs, 30, e.g., electric kick 118, VR display display radar 131, and pedot telegramss, which did not undergo the foregoing conformity assessment, to around KRW 410,00.

2. Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of selling products related to software development and software through online market.

At the above time and place, A, a director of the Defendant, sold three wheel chairss 611, Boke 1, Hober 30, electric kick 118, VR display 131, and Rodon 131, fR display 131, which did not undergo conformity assessment as above in relation to the duties of the Defendant.
