Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. The criminal defendant is the owner of EPosor vehicle, and B is the employee of the company run by the defendant.
On February 25, 2014, B, around 05:15, driving the said car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.186% on the roads of the piracy, which is located in the Hancheon-dong, Suwon-si, Sucheon-do, and caused a traffic accident in which a parked car is being driven.
