1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. (1) The Plaintiff Union’s status 1) began with the committee for promotion of a regional housing association on October 14, 2014, and was authorized to establish a “A regional housing association” as of July 13, 2018; hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiff Union”). The Plaintiff Union’s new housing construction project (hereinafter referred to as “instant project”). The Plaintiff Union’s new housing construction project in Scheon E-si.

(2) The Defendant purchased the instant land on June 26, 1967 and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the Defendant’s name on June 27, 1967, and continued to own the instant land around that time. The Plaintiff Company is a corporation that is engaged in housing construction, development, management, and implementation of rental houses in the said project site. (2) The Defendant was a former owner of the 3,484 square meters of the 3,484 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) located in the said project site, and the Defendant continued to own the instant land from that time after purchasing the instant land on July 27, 1967.

B. On December 11, 2014, the Plaintiff Union and the Defendant entered into a trade agreement with the Defendant on the instant land (i.e., the instant land transaction agreement) with respect to the Plaintiff Union. The parties to the agreement on the purchase of the said real estate owner, upon mutual agreement, enter into a trade agreement with the said real estate owner at the following amounts. The purchase agreement amount: 1 billion won: Article 3 (Performance Agreement)

1. A contract shall be concluded when the land works in the relevant area are completed by 100%;

(2) After the determination and public announcement of a topographical map is made pursuant to Article 30 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act and Article 25 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, Article 32 of the same Act and Article 8 of the Framework Act on the Regulation of Land Use are publicly announced pursuant to Article 7 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, Article 30 of the Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act.
