Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2017 Highest 309] The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for robbery at the Seoul Western District Court on May 31, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 7, 2015.
[Criminal facts] On January 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) 22:30 on March 31, 2017; (b) was drunk in Gyeyang-gu C “Durel” located in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu; (c) rancing e and assaulted e.
Around that time, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from 112, abused the victim F's face, who was an employee of the said telecom, by taking the victim's face as his/her hand without any special reason, from the police officer who was dispatched to the scene.
