1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 317,003,483 and KRW 150,000,000 among them.
Reasons
1. On August 26, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) acquired the principal and interest of a loan owned by E to the Defendants; (b) KRW 317,003,483 (the principal and interest shall be KRW 150,00,000 among them); and (c) notified the Defendants of the assignment of the credit on August 28, 2013.
Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff 317,003,483 won and 150,000,000 won, which is the principal, to the Plaintiff, delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day after the copy of the instant complaint is served to the day of full payment.
2. Claim against Defendant B or C: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claim against Defendant D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
